We (SunnyTronic Ltd) accept that in
certain circumstances, the quality of the product you receive may not be
up to our usual quality controlled standards.
If your product arrives faulty you must ensure that you notify us (returns@sunnytronic.co.uk)
and provide the following information within 7 working days:
- Your Name (on the e-mail invoice we sent you)
- Your e-Mail address.
- Product Name
- Description of the fault
If a faulty item is returned and SunnyTronic has
confirmed the fault, SunnyTronic will cover the cost of the delivery for
returning the item.
We will try to replace the item if possible, however, if you require a
full refund we will refund to the card/account that was used to pay only.
Please note: you will only be refunded for the full cost as stated on
the invoice you received from us.
If you are unable to notify us within the specified period, we will be
unable to process your request in a timely manner and you will be
required to pay a re-stocking fee of 10% of the cost of the item being
returned.
These terms are also bound by the Terms & Conditions
of SunnyTronic Ltd of which you agreed to upon making your purchase. |
